And when I am I get judgemental about stuff. I hate it, but there it is. Probably a good thing I don't have superpowers because I'd be destructive on a whim.

How about playing some very calm and relaxing games? Like Subnautica, (it can be FAR from relaxing as you descend deeper into the abyss, but, well) Elite Dangerous, Stardew Valley, The Long Dark or something like that? Works pretty well for me. Napping is a good option as well.

>>690986 Well, if pc gaming is not an option, you can try and look for meditative games for your phone. If that is not an option as well, napping is your best option to deal with the shitty mood, I guess... Depression, however, is something you can't really overcome with that, yes, so the only thing I can recommend is to get a proper treatment. I've been there before myself, g/u/rl. I am, technically, still there. Meds really do wonders. Hope you'll get better eventually ;_;

>>690986 Do you, perhaps, have any hobbies? Depression usually leaves no room for any, but, well, I don't know your situation.

Cooking may be a good way to go as well. I'm really bad at it, horrible even! But the process itself helps drawing most of the bad thoughts away nevertheless. Try cooking something that you haven't tried cooking (ot even eating) before, it'll way more interesting this way

But of course if the problem is way more complex than just one single 'bad day' that caused this bad mood, then none of these things will probably help you.. again, I encourage you to at least try and find a good psychiatrist to get you out if this state. Depression and other mental shit won't fade away by itself, it'll only get worse as the time goes on, so the earlier you react to it, the easier it'll be to fight it. You can do it, g/u/rl! All of us here believe in you!

>>690986 Stardew Valley can run even on a potato though, and even if not perfectly it's not a kind of game where that would be an issue.
