I don't believe races are equal, whether physically or mentally, and I believe anyone pretending that races are equal is either extremely dumb, gullible at best, and downright manipulative psychopaths at worst, neither of those, I would trust as a friend.
And so I end up having visible minorities as friends, so I suppose I'm not racist.

Racism had nothing to do with just acknowledging differences when it was recognised as bad. It was about treating other races like they are inherently inferior. Stripping them of humanity. We kinda don't do that anymore, except in the most extreme cases.

As far as ethnicities go - you're right.
And most actual "racists" usually just had an unpleasant encounter with ethnic groups of [insert skin color] and made wrong connection. Like humans do. People fear dogs their whole life after one dangerous encounter. That's not real old-school racism.
