There is a man I know and have become good friends with because we're both in a non-profit thing in my town.
This man is, I could call him probably the closest I've seen to a perfect human being. He works two jobs. He's essentially a single father. He's been through hell, and I life like his, well, it seems far from easy to put it lightly.
Still, he does so much for others. Just this post is not gonna do him justice in any way at all, but he is the hardest working person I know.

He does so, so much for that non-profit organisation I mentioned. Spends tons and tons of his spare time on it.
This organisation is for arranging basically an option for kids and teens in this very empty town to meet up and have something to do.
Gaming related stuff mostly, but also some other stuff, and he works his ass of for himself and his daughter, and he still works his ass off to make people happy. Let people meet new friends, and personally help people who need it.

This non-profit is a big part of what gives me reason. Helps me cope with the world. Helps me have fun. I'm someone who's hobbies are gaming, D&D, MtG, that sort of shit. This non-profit has given me a social life despite that.
While he's not singlehandedly maintaining this non-profit, he's easily the pillar of it. He goes above and beyond, just to make others happy and build an absolutely amazing community, and he does it with a smile. He does it happily.
He's my inspiration.

>>689753 That's funny actually. People have tried to accuse him of being creepy and pedo and shit, but they didn't make a big deal out of it when a 26 year old therr was legit flirting with a 16 year old. Like, they got him to fuck off, but still.
This guy though, he's one of the most genuinely nice people I've met. Like, I basically never trust anyone, but this guy I trust fully after knowing him for a little over a year now.
