i feel great, it's amazing. i can't believe i've been missing out on this for so many years. it took a bit of motivation to get myself to do it, but now i feel awesome.
g/u/rls, if you have nothing to better to do during quarantine, try doing some push ups. it hurts a little but it's so satisfying once you get them done

Working out is great. I never do it, but the few times I've tried it's been really nice. I should try get into it.

True! I gained weight a lot since the quarantine and it's been two weeks since I started working out again. Just started doing intermittent fasting as well since last week and it feels amazing.
