i'm tired of being lazy and depressed all the time, i want to actually do something with my life. the way i waste my life doing nothing is pathetic.
i'm finally going to start working out, eating healthy, going outside, and get back into the hobbies i enjoy. i don't have any friends to talk to irl, so i might as well start making myself a likeable person to be around before quarantine ends.

I've got mine together. Started working out, eating properly, talking to people. My crush said yes to me. Life is back to having color and stuff. Good luck. Don't you dare slacking off now.

Good luck girl. Make sure to get at least 30 minutes of workout every day. Google couch-to-5k and let those endorphins into your life.

Good! I've been working (most recently) on the same stuff myself for a few weeks and those things can make a difference pretty fast, to mood anyway. Just don't let one bad day or missed goal throw you off of making progress on average

Yeahhh I've been saying that every couple of months for years now to no result so far. Well, I guess I got A LITTLE more sociable, but that's about it, still can't keep a proper workout regimen, healthy eating habits or meaningful relationships. Here's hoping you're gonna do better.

>>684463 keep trying gurl, it's up to you to break the cycle. you need to keep trying so you can start to get your shit together. start slow so you can get adjusted to it. don't push yourself too hard or you'll get burned out and stuck in a cycle of giving up again. keep going, i know you can do it.
