Yup-yup. It's been 9 years and I'm pretty sure I saw somewhere recently that the editor still hasn't seen a single word of the supposed book 3. So that's quite a bummer.

Weird, I always though 0083 Rebellion was the manga, and the novels had the same subtitle as the OVAs (Stardust Memory). Maybe not though. I'm seeing some conflicting reports on Wikipedia.
