Not according to this survey, no.
It estimates that there are at least 48 million bot accounts but that there are probably more since some bots are smart enough to pass as humans posting.

On a physical keyboard, I also found that when I started to learn to touch type, taking the time fix errors helped me learn to type faster overall. I can't say the same for my phone keyboard, though.
