Falling back into depression
| Same, it's tough. I'm trying to reach out to people and trying to be more social, it helps a bit.

I'm doing the same, and it does. Excessive amounts of nicotine helps as well. It's far from a cure though.

| The last week has been really rough for me, and things will probably continue being rough for me in the foreseeable future. I'm back to not really feeling happiness anymore. I mean, I never have a lot of happiness, but, I think I'm getting full on depression again. I don't like this.
