How to stop negative thinking?

| It's okay to have negative thoughts.
Make sense of them.
Make peace with them, because you can't avoid thinking negatively altogether.
Recognize when you are being blinded by negativity.
And if you think you are, get in touch with a specialist.
You could try and get advice from your general practitioner if there is such a thing where you live. They should be able to direct you to a specialist.

| I just hate my job and everyone keeps telling me that it's all just a "matter of perspective" and that i should be "grateful" or having a job in these trying times. Though i wholeheartedly understand what they mean, but i can't stop being negative about it because it's so toxic!!
Whenever i explain it, i have a feeling that they don't realize how toxic it is because they keep saying that im just being too negative.
