Recently it's been really hard for me to wake up and to get out of bed. I feel fooking destructed and it's hard to breath. I guess I have to do exercises, but I'm too lazy for this right now

I also have headache, but it gets better after I drink a bottle of mineral water. This happens even if I go to sleep around 11 pm and sleep about 7-9 hours

Are you hydrating enough? You'll sleep better and wake up less tired if you do.

I'd say you should see a doctor.

>>664730 Is right. This sounds like depression and the breathing thing needs to be fixed.

Same, I wake up most days thinking "that didn't have to happen" and several people have told me I should speak to someone. I'm not saying you should, but if you can I'd recommend it, I haven't but that's because I'm a bitch.

>>664727 Yes I do
>>664730 Kek a lot, also I'm currently isolated in a village (literally) without an opportunity (and will) to get to the nearest town, as it's about 30 kilometers away. Also there's heavy rain, so the roads turned into shit.
>>664733 That's even more of a kek, because I keep in a good mood. As I've mentioned, I guess I just have to exercise more.
But thanks for the concerns!
>>664755 I guess we all have such period in life. Wish u luck!

>>664766 Actually it is. Officially they call it "Ecological settlement" but for me it's simply The Village. Some ppl live here, some only visit their places every now and then, like our family. I was kinda over exaggerating when saying that the nearest town is in 30 km away. I meant, the nearest large town. Actually, the very nearest town is only about 13 km away, but it's really smol. When it stops raining, I plan on riding there on my bicycle to replenish my food stock

>>664764 It's your choice, but if you genuinely have problems breathing and you're like that, well, seeing a doctor would be wise.
