Even opening your eyes is difficult? I can barely function today. . Do you have depression meal recipes? (Where you're too sad to function that you just make do with whatever, or things you'd eat to feel better) . Sometimes i'd just put condensed milk on cold leftover rice. D: . What's yours?

Whenever I'm too depressed to make food I just put a bunch of fries, vegetables and pre-panned fish in the oven and eat them with dressing.

I tend to stare at all the food in the fridge/freezer/cupboards until something speaks to me. Usually just throwing together 2 or 3 things I want on a plate or in a bowl.
I do not, however, endorse doing this. You're gonna end up eating total garbage and likely overeating. On a day like today, you need to just take little steps.
Do whatever small thing you feel like you're capable of at any given moment, even something small like just putting some loose stuff back where it (1/2)

Belongs. Keep yourself moving and doing something through the day, and the small acts will hopefully lead to having a little energy, or at least feeling like you haven't totally wasted a full day. (2/2)

Yes, been there. I was eating just random cheap junk all the time, and almost haven't cooked. Or didn't eat at all. At my worst year I've lost almost 30 kilos. Can suggest chili. You just dump everything into a pot, stir it and set an alarm in 5 hours. And one more alarm in 5.03.

Yeah, I have. I'm sorry you feel like this today. Shit sucks.
When it comes to food, probably just instant ramen or something. That or maybe heat up some leftovers. That's if I'm in a state where I can force myself to eat at all though, which isn't always the case.

>>663068 Fair enough. If I don't have the energy to heat it up I just don't eat. I don't know if that's good, but, yeah. It is how it is.

>>663072 I used to do this. I had to throw out expired food every week because I rarely had the energy to prepare it. Then my therapist reminded me that I don't actually have to make a sandwich or anything. Just eat a couple of slices of meat or cheese or whatever without the bread since it's better than throwing it out.

>>663074 Ah, yeah. I'm glad you can do that. I live with my parents, so it doesn't matter too much if I don't eat it. Someone else might eat it or I'll eat it later.
