Has anyone exp this? I was struggling to sleep and next thing i knew i just blinked and 6 hours has passed. I didn't feel rested at all! It literally just felt like i blinked and suddenly it's another day again. I feel more exhausted now than before i went to bed. I even have a headache right now.
Why does this happen? Been trying to look up the cause but i cant seem to find anything online.
Just wanna know im not crazy.

I just made a thread about it, yeah. It's basically same shit as you. I feel like I haven't slept at all, and I never feel fully rested.

>>654156 Yeah, but it only lasts a moment. Like a few seconds, and then I'm fully awake.

Happened to me when I was on road trips, or when I fall asleep on the sofa. Has never happened when I sleep on a bed, thank god. One of the worst way to sleep.

I've had it a few times. It is the worst sleep. If it continues, see a doctor.

>>654394 ah i haven't, actually. I don't think this is a priority for doctors rn. They put covid or covid suspected patients as priority first in hospitals nowadays.

I've had a little bit of the same problem recently. It helped me to sleep later, try to make my room darker, and to get more exercise during the day, but it is still hard to overcome. Good luck with ekawa OP
