If you are willing to do *anything*, then you should get yourself out of that situation. If you are a minor then there are organizations that you can turn to for help.

It sounds like the family relationship you have is the most pressing issue here, and regardless of dysphoria, you'll always be whoever you are even if you have to wait a while for hormones.

Get into a situation where you can see a doctor. There's a good reason for that, hormones aren't just a quick snap decision. Whether you're certain or not being guided through all the proper medical procedure upfront will much better prepare you for the transition you'll undertake than back alley pharmacists and online forums for guidance.
| Get your hormones legitimately, even if it takes longer, because it'll be a better outcome for you, and as others have hinted at, is less likely to cause nasty side effects or surprise you because you didn't have all the facts.
