I had that feeling after a break up. I managed to cope with it only because she felt like it was her fault. So I started to eat to help her not feeling bad. If someone wants you to eat well you'll probably eat not to upset them. That's the way for me.

>>648821 There's no perfect way to do it, and striving to be "normal" is futile. You just have to slowly work on yourself. If it's a big problem for you, don't think twice about going to therapy (granted you have the money for it or you live somewhere it's cheap). The eating thing isn't the problem, it's just a result of your mental health, so finding a way to improve your mental health that works for you would be ideal.
