How do you get rid of the curse

| >eat healthy
>shower daily
>wash clothes and sheets every week
>still get acne

| You go to the wizard known as the dermatologist

| >wash your hands
>don't touch your face
>sleep with a fresh towel on your pillow every night
>overload on large doses of Vitamin B5
>take zink, vitamin D and GLA-supplements
>eat _less_ vitamin B12. It may increase your acne

| also get in the habit of washing your hands right before bed since you might touch your face while you sleep

| >Use a topical acne medication or facial scrub with salicylic acid.

| >>646798 fkin, right? U do everything correctly but still end up with acne tf.

Gurlsss what abt acne scars ahhh

| >clap, bow, clap, clap, bow

| > is this still a greentext even though it's not even green?

| > It's red text, which is obviously superior, but works the same way.

| >>646856 salicylic acid/acids in general can fuck up your skin if you do too much too soon, so don't apply it more than twice a week

but really that goes for any skincare product so
>patch test

| >>646798 thats how it be with stress and sensory hypersensitivity

| >>647385
True though.

| >>647385
Sensory hypersensitivity causes acne?

| >>647475 i meant particularly sense of touch and temperature

| >>647475
I'm personally very sensitive to temperature, so even if it's what most people would call cold and I sit completely still and relaxed, I still sweat a fuck ton, because I need very specific temperature and shit to not feel too warm. Hypersensitivity when it comes to sound, which I also have, can be extremely stressful and uncomfortable at times, which leads to more strain and sweat.

| >>647564
I have that too but I wasn't aware it increased acne.

| >>647574
Well, I don't have any evidence it does. I just know that sweat and stress can increase it, and hypersensitivity creates more of those. Might not be the case though

| >>647591
Well it certainly sounds plausible

| >>647596
It does. I don't really eat healthy though, so me having acne isn't really surprising. It is, like, more than normal though, and I do stress a lot.

| Can't get acne if you don't have any skin.
