>wash your hands >don't touch your face >sleep with a fresh towel on your pillow every night >overload on large doses of Vitamin B5 >take zink, vitamin D and GLA-supplements >eat _less_ vitamin B12. It may increase your acne

also get in the habit of washing your hands right before bed since you might touch your face while you sleep

>>646856 salicylic acid/acids in general can fuck up your skin if you do too much too soon, so don't apply it more than twice a week
but really that goes for any skincare product so >patch test

>>647475 i meant particularly sense of touch and temperature
Post number #647564, ID: 597ec3

>>647475 I'm personally very sensitive to temperature, so even if it's what most people would call cold and I sit completely still and relaxed, I still sweat a fuck ton, because I need very specific temperature and shit to not feel too warm. Hypersensitivity when it comes to sound, which I also have, can be extremely stressful and uncomfortable at times, which leads to more strain and sweat.

>>647564 I have that too but I wasn't aware it increased acne.
Post number #647591, ID: 7ffc6f

>>647574 Well, I don't have any evidence it does. I just know that sweat and stress can increase it, and hypersensitivity creates more of those. Might not be the case though

>>647591 Well it certainly sounds plausible
Post number #647644, ID: 597ec3

>>647596 It does. I don't really eat healthy though, so me having acne isn't really surprising. It is, like, more than normal though, and I do stress a lot.

Can't get acne if you don't have any skin.
