Basically, there is a letter for each consonant, and depending of direction, it has a vowel or another.
A I U are the vowels you can use, and they must have a consonant, kinda like katakana but the other way around. Dots mean double vowel.
So, ᓱᓖᐳ would be pronounced Su-lii-pu.

Also, how do you know this? Do you have connections to any of those cultures or is it due to passion?
