I've never wished for other to die before, but these people are making it very hard not to wish that.
They're not on the same level as flat earthers, they're worse these people are leading to way more deaths than necessary.
They fucking blocked an ambulance from getting back to a hospital.

We all wish it would be over but this is something bigger than ourselves and it would really speed things up if we srsly cooperate instead of potentially infecting or be infected by others in a fucking rally.

Either way, you're creating suffering to end suffering. Camus would disapprove. Myself, though: it's normal to feel like that sometimes. Nobody is always above anger and vitriol. That's not being terrible, that's just being a human.

I think it definitely makes you bad people if you wish death upon people for being ignorant or stupid. It's not their fault that the politicians are cutting the budget for education. They believe in lies because the same politicians has been spreading lies for a century now. It's cultural by this point.
They can be talked to and people can change. But if they start dying it'll be too late.
Yes, they're dangerous and volitile but so is killing ignorant people.

| Am I terrible person for wanting to watch these protesters wanting to lift the quarantine get infected with COVID-19? When I saw the photo of the people wearing MAGA hats shouting outside of the doors of some building demanding them to "open the state" or "free the state."
They looked like wretched people who didn't care about anyone else's safety but their own. I feel like they're on the same level as 'flat earthers', anti-vaxxers, and climate change deniers.
