I once kept standing beside a wall in my room because I was too lazy to take a few steps towards my bed to lie down. I wanted it so bad but at the same time... ehhh...

are you taking adequate care of your basic human needs? your situation sounds very concerning if you are having trouble even getting in or out of bed!

Laziness lowers your blood pressure and low blood pressure leads to fatigue loss and therefore laziness. You need to start getting more active.
Something cheap and easy like replacing your chair with a balance ball for when you use the computer is a good first step. It's surprisingly effective. At least I thought so.
