Distant relationships
| Well, maybe I've just had bad experiences, but imo this shit doesn't work.
| I've had semi distant (friend) relationships, and though they're even harder than regular ones i think being very explicit about the relationship itself and openminded about the possibilities are and aren't, and what you can get rather than comparing it to an ideal non remote one.
| I was on a long distant relationship for two years and it's hard. Ultimately i think it'll work if you both have an end goal of meeting. Otherwise, it's just going to be a waste of time.
My best friend had a long distant relationship for two years and now they're happily married. It's honestly hard but if you meet the right person who's willing to put the same effort on it with you, it's gonna work.
