1. talk to people 2. keep doing it the hard part is step 1, because you first have to find a situation where you can talk to strangers without seeming weird.

Join school club, be good at what you like to do and you will get heaps of people trying to get to know you

Luck. You can get okay friends by actively seeking them or you can get really good friends by doing nothing at all. At the end of the day, people aren't always compatible so all you can do is increase your chances by socializing or exposing yourself in some ways.

Search for people whose similarities to you are what you like, and whose differences from you are what you can at least accept and tolerate.

For me, I'm not good at talking to people except over some kind of shared work, or if we have an established relationship anyway (well not really even then). So i try (when i do anything) to put myself in situations like that... you should find and use anything that makes it easier for you. But i don't really know a whole answer.

It was hard af when I was in school/uni, but at least I could attend some extracurricular activities and it was easier there. Now that I'm working I don't know what the fuck to do.

Use Blender to make the form of your ideal friend, then use Photoshop or some other image editing/manipulation/creation program to make the textures for you ideal friend. Merge it. Have fun :)
