Help. What do you do to take a breather? I've been stuck in my mundane life for so long that nothing works for me anymore.
Suggestions?

I like to go on a hike on some trail or park that's nearby, but new to me. Or if you can afford it, I like to drive to a nearby city or town and just hit up a new bar with a buddy. Or just wonder around the city. You can do it alone if your friends are too busy, but I find I'm more outgoing when a friend is with me.
Point is there are almost certainly new things, or at least bars, vaguely nearby that can help break up the monotony.

Sports, books, hobbies, hard work, etc.. Just find for yourself something new and time-consuming. And if you like it, your mind will be entertained.
