Potatoes and carrots. Use water from potatoes and carrots to cook rice. Put rice potatoes and carrots in bowl. Cover with tuna (whatever the preparation is). Don't forget to store leftovers in fridge. Consume within a few days just to be safe... Ahem bon appétit

I have done that potatoes and carrots one with fried tuna a few times. It's pretty good imo. Alternatively you can try making tuna fried rice with rice, tuna, minced garlic, scallions and/or some other leaf vegetables. It's rather easy to do as well.

I have already cooked so much tuna with rice, and if I'll eat a little bit more I myself will become fried rice

Well if you were feeling adventurous enough then go crazy on it. Stir fry canned tuna with banana peels and some fresh durian, plus a whole bottle of mayonnaise and maybe some wasabi. I have never done this before but it probably will taste like crap.
