i really love it when you just got off your self-cutting problem but your friend's cat scratches your arm and you can't stop feeling it

| Maybe stay away from the cat for a while or avoid behaviors that make it scratch your arm. In the meantime, stay healthy

It does remind me of the old habit but it always helps to throw away all your blades or cutting equipment. That way when you have an urge you can better distract yourself.
