Maybe I just know too much, both good and bad, maybe that's why I'm just awake almost all night and starting to fall.
I don't know, maybe I was meant to be ignorant of the world around me, maybe I wasn't.. I'm not sure.
I overslept way more than I should've and missed out on school..
My mind's in different areas, occupied in thoughts almost constantly, almost like it was wired.
I've observed that I've gotten more introverted over the years. Don't know what to say about it..

>>4ec4b5 You might be suffering from seasonal effectiveness disorder (aka seasonal depression). It's more common than you think. Daylight might help along with vitamin D. I actually have a daylight lamp I keep on my desk for that reason.

>>623525 they said a few months ago when I got a refill that the effect isn't instant, that it'd take time.
rn I just think it's bullshit, I've just been losing the will to do stuff, missed out school today as well.

I usually take a walk, or go to the gym.

I feel you homie. Missing out on school and taking things slow myself. Shit suck, but idk. I believe things will get better with time. It's taking a long ass time though.

>>623635 Yeah, sounds like signs of it alright from what he was saying. Continue being active by working out at home, maybe even get weights if you don't have. You do need that sunlight too though.
