I'm a super anxious person by nature. Even now when I know I don't have anything important to do, I always feel something eatting at me and feeling worried - almost like I'm doing something wrong when I know I'm not.
Do you guys have any tips to better managing those anxious feelings? I'm tired of always feeling like this, and I really want to take steps to make myself better. My anxiety tends to affect my relationships with people I'm close to as well.

Get a hobby. Whenever I'm on a break, I try to get absorbed in games or anything else I'm feeling at the moment. If you had fun with wasting time it's not really a waste.

Dulling my emotions helped me. Though it's probably not the best method.

I listen to music almost 24/7 to deal with anxiety, I'd recommend music with a story or meaningful lyrics to it so you if needed can just space out and get lost in it. This always helped me whenever i got stressed as I would just take a step back and listen to my music and think about whatever im hearing, puts something else on your mind you know?

Meditate, start a new hobbie, do a kind of sport and other stuff that will make you happy. But in other hand maybe you shouldnt manage it as if it was a homework. Let anxiety gets you a little and start asking why are you anxious, why anxiety exist and stuff like that
