Did you experience an uncomfortable dream, like, it's not a nightmare, but you feel reaaaally uncomfy. And you also fully believe in what is going on. And then you wake up and like off OK everything is gone, what a relief. It happens very often to many, so i can wake up to 3 times at some nights. It's so annoying... About a month ago I woke up because I slammed the wall with my fist while sleeping. My roommates were scared shitless.

Don't worry, OP. It's normal to wish we can be the Hulk, and pretend fighting evil villians in our sleep.

>>613742 hahaha, lollll
>>613721>>613777 well consider what you eat before bed, caffeine intake, consistent bed and wake times, general sleep hygiene. If not that, it sounds like an anxiety kind of thing. Consider talking to doc or therapist.

I think I've mentioned it in /d/, but I had a really realistic dream about being in love with my sister and us getting really intimate and forming a relationship. After, many, many weeks of us being secretly together and doing naughty stuff and really loving each other we were found out and the last thing that happened before I woke up was the police being outside my house. I woke up and for 10-15 seconds I legit thought I was getting arrested. It was nice but really uncomfortable.

>>613847 I remember that story :P ... best and worst feelings all at once?

>>613852 That's a very accurate description. Because I'm sadly attracted to my sister, and two of my greatest fears are being hated for my attractions and ending up in a situation where I act on them. That dream had basically all my guilty pleasure thoughts accompanied by fears that give me everyday anxiety and panic attacks. It was fucked.

>>613860 Yea, I get that. I guess the question is, how much does it affect your life in a negative way normally.

>>613945 Pretty bad. Like, there can be days, maybe even a week or two where I don't really think about it, but the smallest little thing only slightly related to it can give me a sudden panic attack.

i just dreamed that i had an empty document folder and a textboox cover and i used the folder to glide around like 10 meters in the air like a sail and the cover to flap like a rudder. apparently it's what they do in Honk Konk. once i landed i couldn't figure out how the fuck i was able to fly with two pieces of paper and i dug in my bag for a textbook cover thinking i needed the exact same one as i had used (and maybe the one in my hand was another one) or else i could not fly.

If you write down every bit you can remember right after you wake up in a dream journal you can get control over your dreams. Its weird but you can have lucid dreams and learn how to realise you are dreaming. Once you learn how to become conscious you can surf the line between being awake and asleep and go anywhere you want.

My last several dreams were borderline nightmarish/ or were nightmarish. Hell, just last night I literally dreamed I was at a convention, and an old gradeschool classmate had straight up murdered someone.
Unsettling as fuck.
