>>613693>>613731 let's write thesis paper one word at a time... Give us a cue... what general topic is it about?

>>613804 anything i want as long as it's on modernism/postmodernism
what i have yet is >The Realm of consciousness in post-modernist writing The advent of post-modernism brought about a profound change in the way consciousness is perceived, constructed, and narrated. and that's fucking it i'm afraid i'm going to have a panic attack wtf

>>613813 I really have no idea how to interpret that... and I question why you are pursuing this field, whatever it may be :P.
So instead of having a panic attack, why not explain it to us... what are the general themes, and what do you intend to say?

>>613817 i know what postmodernism is but it's basically an unexplainable knot of knowledge in my head
basically regarding consciousness, traditionally people didn't write in weird stranger types of consciousness POVs until the avant-garde waltzed in. the you get weird things like changes of perspective and playing with the narrator's omniscience.
i am so stressed i have a headache and i feel like there is glass in my brain

>>613828 well the better you get at explaining it to us, the easier it will be to get your paper ideas out. So, what are some examples, and why were they this or not this? Descartes comes to mind for philosophical introspection, but I think that is far earlier than what you're describing. Philip K Dick is a favorite of mine, and he very much manipulates your reality as you read. Hunter S Thomson, William S Burroughs? These are likely much later than the crossover...

Do you go to anime college? Or just writing your thesis about anime?

Also, take a deep breath. Do the best you can in the present, stressing about the past and future will just waste time. Good luck!
