Every single night that I go to sleep I wake up and experience sleep paralysis. I don't even recognize when I'm waking up. last night I woke up and felt this extreme fear so I closed my eyes and got under my covers waiting for it to be over. when I thought it was over I took my covers off and opened my eyes to feel that extreme fear again immediately. Repeat this 4 more times before I black out and experience it one more time before actually waking up. why is this happening to me?

The thing that I never understood about sleep paralysis is its name. From what I've heard of it being described it's some kind of pants shitting experience and not just having your leg numb down after sitting in a chair like a retard. Why's it called paralysis then? Seems more like some psychological warfare with demons, some schizophrenic bullshit.

>>613597 because you are paralyzed. you havent woken up completely so you are basically still asleep as well as paralyzed.

your body does this so you arent thrashing around and jumping our of windows in your sleep. without this it becomes easy to hurt yourself in your sleep.
its unusual to "experience" this frequently. i think breaking out from it is kind of a mind over matter thing.

Do not directly go to sleep/close your eyes when you just woke up from sleep paralysis. Wake up, sit on your bed, take 3 deep breath, and then go back to sleep. Or even better, wake up, get a drink, and go back to sleep.

>>613596 >got under covers how? you can barely move during sleep paralysis as your brain releases a chemical that stops you from moving to prevent you from harming yourself.
also, i've had the same situations with a black sillhouete staring at me, creepy as fuck.
for the next time try wiggling your big toe to snap out of it

OP i just sent a cute little spirit to go make you cum next time you're paralyzed. the best part about this is it's basically true. remember in sleep paralysis your thought-state affects your experience since you're basically dreaming while awake. you're just having a scary experience because you're scared. by planting the cute jerkoff spirit in your mind there is an increasingly higher chance of having it (a waking sex dream) actually happen.
go to bed aroused, okay?

>>613651 take>>a99520's advice... that silhouette was actually a cum-sprite, wanting to extract orgasms from you, but your fear blocked them. Take control of your fear, make that silhouette your bitch and give you all the cummies you desire...
