With my schedule all over the place I thought I'd ask how all yours is like c:
I'm still in college so a lot of it is due to that, I'll wake up around 10 PM then fall back asleep for an hour around 9 AM before going to class then coming home and falling asleep again around 5 PM

On school days, I only sleep from 3AM to 7AM. 4hours of sleep is all I need as I like to keep time to do some personnal stuff on the side. on holydays tho, it's probably from midnight to 11AM.

Midnight to 7:45 on weekdays is what I try to do. I've been working on being consistent for a while, it used to be 'whenever I was tired'. Weekends, I'll go to bed anywhere between 10 and 2 am.

Wake up at 5 am, if I'm lucky, I may have an opportunity to go to sleep at 3 am, otherwise may not sleep at all. My one and only day off I spend sleeping for 12-15 hours straight

I try to keep a consistent 10 pm - 6 am, but last night I went to bed at 11, kept waking up in the middle of the night, only found some peace at 3 am, woke up at 4.30 am, and I'm feeling way better than I've ever been.

My "schedule" is currently messed up completely, Saturday last week to Monday afternoon I was up over 48 hours, then through the week I was getting between 4 and 6 hours of sleep and now I've been up for 24 hours trying to get to sleep but to no avail.

Anyone have any good tips on getting to sleep? Even when tired I take ages to actually fall.

I'd recommend setting a routine. For instance, I always read a bit before sleeping, which I find relaxing. I guess it tells my mind and body it is time for sleep and they get ready for it. It might be something different for you, but I find that it helps.

I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up.
