Does a NDA for a game in beta end once it is fully released?

| I did the beta for Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - First Assault Online, and in Nexon's terms it was stated that footage was never allowed to go out. We weren't even supposed to have footage or screenshots in the first place. Just read over the terms g/u/rl. If you lost them, email the company asking for them to send you a copy.
