Are they worth it? I really wanna lose weight Also any recommendations on good ones, that aren't too expensive and ship to Europe?

Why not just have sex? Eat someone out. You lose weight having sex while eating at the same time.

And the part is that is free, and no shipping required.

You mean like Soylent right?
I mean they aren't designed for you to lose weight but they will help you count calories
Saturo and huel are in Europe I believe, I can vouch saturo chocolate rtd is pretty good but I can't say anything about the other products since they don't really sell much over here in the states

Powder will be cheaper but it's somewhat inconvenient and you can easily add things to it in a blender or something
Ready To Drink is much more convenient but more expensive

>>598706 Eat less Exercise more If you get shakes, you'll be miserable for at least a week while your body adjusts.

They're not worth it. Your best bet is to calculate your basal metabolic rate (how much you burn by just existing), determine how many calories you would burn while being active, and then create a diet/meal plan that's substantially lower than the second value.

The only thing meal replacement shakes will lighten is your wallet.

>>598781 personally disagree, though I didn't buy them to lose weight, and I'm not sure if we're talking about the same thing but I didn't have any issues adjusting to drink one or two a day
>>598783 ehh you can say that about a lot of things, if it helps and you're actually going to stick with it it's better than a diet you can't be assed to follow

You can lose more weight by drinking lots of water and eating smaller but more frequent meals and exercising, fasting for a week or so, drinking mainly just water and going on a vegetarian diet for a bit (though not for life.. don't go vegan either) or by just burning more than what you get from eating.

Why not skipping the soy and go straight to the chad one meal a day?

OP here, I've tried just eating less to loose weight before, but at some point, I always gave in, because I couldn't resist
So what I need is something that completely fills me up, but doesn't have much calories If meal replacement shakes don't work, does any of you know alternatives, that work better?
Generally food made at home makes you feel fuller than food purchased premade in stores/processed/ "fast food" because they're typically engineered to be less filling and more "tasty." E.g, "light" beer. The g/u/rl above has a good point about water, since it both keeps you hydrated and makes you tend to eat less by just being more full than you would be otherwise.
There isn't really an easy solution to weightloss and fitness, "temporary solutions lead to temporary results," but you can make it easier to follow by getting an app to track how much you eat (like MyFitnessPal) and by following guides that take a more scientific approach, rather than a "SUGAR IS THE DEVIL, EAT MORE FIBER" one.
This website is pretty good. https://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/how-many-calories-should-i-eat-every-day-a-look-at-total-daily-energy-expenditure-tdee/

Let's have a brain with some common sense for for those who want to lose weight:
>Eating Food = Weight Gain >Not Eating Food = Weight Loss

>>598869 Cool, can you tell me, where I can get such a brain?
Post number #598891, ID: 8a0c6b

>>598869 yes but you'll just gorge yourself when your done or return to the way you were eating before, which was how you gained so much weight in the first place

Exercising is the way to go Did you know that doing regular exercises actually reduces you appetite? You burn more calories and consume less at the same time, two birds one stone

>>598810 eat complex carb instead of simple one, complex carb fills you up for longer time.
So, change your white rice to red/brown rice, noodles to pasta, also eat whole grain bread.
Do your own research and incorporate complex carb to your diet.

Thanks for all the answers, I'm gonna try some of of these things
I might actually need to start exercising to some extend, but it's really hard for me as I feel already powered out after most work days, maybe I'll just have to start with something simple

It really is just calories in vs calories out so do whatever you feel helps with that, and good luck

No. They're not worth it. Eat real, good quality food. Eat meat. Don't fall for this powder in a bag bullshit. Losing weight is just calories in vs. calories out, exercise helps tremendously. I recommend keto.

Shake all you want. You will soon realize shaking your body can't really replace your daily meals.
