If you're unfortunate like me though and suffer from sleeping problems, you can always talk to your doctor for medication to help you stay asleep. When I don't take my medication, I have a very hard time falling asleep.. And once I do, I'm only asleep for like an hour at a time. My prescription knocks me out for hours at a time and it's nice.

You may have to experiment with the dosage though to figure out how much you need to stay asleep. A full pill knocked me out for almost 24hrs. 1/3 a pill helps me get about 6-8hrs

Everyone 8s different, maybe you weren't blessed with a b9dy that can sleep only 5 hours and that's totally fine, you should try the suggestions of the other gurls but it's not guaranteed to work so don't feel frustrated if it fails. Still try everything you can, though, regretting inaction is worse than regretting failure

>>595296 Doesn't really helps (I haven't tried monster and adrenaline rush though, but don't think there are much difference). It makes you feel kinda ok for 2 hours and then you're getting immune for stimulators for 18 hours or so, and feel bad again.

A lot of caffeine. I sleep about 5 hours a day, and I can't get through the day without an energy drink. When I drink one though, I'm set for the rest of the day.
