Recently, two friends of mine cut ties with me over my paranoia. How do I cope with it? Stop thinking about what I could have done, the what ifs and the silent prayers that they'd add me back and forgive me. How to stop thinking about it? Busying myself works, talking to my other friends too. But, when I don't have anything to do, my mind goes back to it. And it depresses me. I'm already dealing with depression and got out of that state because of them. I don't know what to do.

No one can help you but yourself. No one knows what's really happening in your head. If they're smart enough, they'll just ignore you. Otherwise, they'll do things like >>591154
