Just curious as to what you all do when your depression acts up?
I've been having a pretty bad depressive episode lately without knowing what triggered it. Been sleeping constantly, kinda sick, struggling to leave the bed or make it to work on time. Overall feeling like a lifeless and void shell of what used to be a person.
Looking for inspiration or advice or some shit on what you all do to get out of a depressive episode.

As for me I already reached the point where my depressive and lifeless persona became normal by now (how fucking sad). It is what it is and I'm still struggling finding solutions but usually setting goals is one of the things that I find very important no matter the situation and it shows despite it being often hard. Gotta push through and force it
Might not help or w/e but keep goin eyeyey

I think I just sank so deep that I realised being depressed is pointless, as I'd much rather let myself be happy. I mean it isn't like I don't have my daily sesh, but for the rest of the day I just do as much as I can
