Yesterday I noticed a small pocket on the gum probably filled with blood (maybe not, but something salty), it eventually popper and then I more or less accidentally peeled off some skin from that pocket. Next day comes and my gum is noticeably more swollen now, even though it doesn't hurt all that much. What really sucks is that I'm on vacation for 3 more days and can't really get to the doctor at all. Can I do something to at least keep it from getting worse for now?

>>587390 Yeah, I'm currently gargling water with a teaspoon of salt and baking soda each. Should I maybe poke the location of the swelling and maybe try to drain whatever has collected there, or would it only make things worse?
