I'm working even though I feel sick and my company tells me to go see a doctor

| OP here, I'm a disgrace.
I only lasted 4 hours before having to go home.
How can I be invincible and strong if even a minor sickness can take me down easily?
How can I protect those who are important to me if I can't even fight a small virus?(a non lethal one that will be gone by tomorrow)
