| Would you be able to perceive the world of 1 colour? It'd at least be difficult to tell the volumetric position of objects, unless you look from the corner.
| Multiple colors help but you can see black and white movies pretty well so I doubt it would be much more difficult. Even with poorly emphasized shadows it's not very hard to tell what's going on (see SUPERHOT).

| I don't think a world like that would be boring. If everyone in the history of the world was colorblind, no one would want color. No one would think they'd be happier if there were multiple colors because color is just not a concept to them.
