I just ate 4 leftover slices of fattening pizza straight cold out of the fridge

| Why does my depression make me binge eat like a fat fuck and only realize how sad and pathetic I am for not having the willpower to manage a reasonable diet until AFTER the fact?

And I'm too squeamish to develop bulimia because the last time I tried to force myself to puke after a binge, I had waited too long and it barely got any out and was a waste of time. Plus I forgot to tie my hair back so that was a thing.

| Either fix your problems or find another way of coping. If you can't sort out your problems, I'd recommend coping via something creative.

| Mia and Ana are not the way. They are liars, do not be deceived by them. I cant tell you how many months they stole from me.

Therapy can work but you have to be able to face yourself and your problems without always wanting to run away. After a binge be gentle to yourself and see if you can find things/emotions that trigger those episodes. It takes time to listen to what your body needs but it's worth in the end, /g/url! Best regards!

| Sometimes it just b like that

| If you don't want to eat a lot, then stop buying extra stuff. Order a small size pizza and eat it just for that day.

Leftover pasta/rice belongs to trash can after a day or two. Don't be like "I have to eat them today, or they'll go bad tomorrow". Don't be afraid to thdow stuff away, if you don't want to waste them, then learn to buy/cook what you can eat that day.

| Eat like a normal person

| Perhaps you should be seeking help. I am sure that there are people willing to help you sort out your problems. Being unable to control yourself is not uncommon in your context and I would suggest you find someone to talk to face to face about a solution. Willpower is hard to develop bit it will come eventually. Best wishes.

| >>559307 okay, let's not throw away food? That's not the answer. I agree about cooking/ordering appropriately.

Pizza could be kept in the freezer for a while I imagine. Throw a slice in the toaster oven for breakfast :)
