Ifnyou had the chance to kill whoever you want without getting caught but at the cost of the life of a loved one, would you do it?

>>558710 Hm, can't say I hate enough to lose a loved one over it. No from me. You g/u/rls answer too, let's see how depraved of morally upright we are.

adopt baby Hitler and raise him with better values.
i dont know how to do nice things for self so i would probably use them for others... or i would simply keep them hidden altogether.

I don't know why people focus so much on killing baby Hitler, just make sure his parents never meet Boom he'll never be born no one has to be killed in the process mission accomplished

I would kill baby Hitler so I can take his place and make sure the Holocaust actually happens.

What power? The power to fit a D cup in a skin tight suit is not the same as the power of flight.
And I would let Hitler live. That's just the trolley problem but with baby Hitler and the holocaust.

>>558800 Yes, it is the trolley problem but with 1 person on one side and 6 million on the other. Though, that's implying that another leader akin to Hitler wouldn't arise.

>>558706 Regarding the first question, yeah, I would probably think about myself and people close to me first
And the second one, I don't think, I could kill him, even if I wanted to, plus this maybe would change our future to the point, where it might have some negative causes or maybe to the point, where we wouldn't have been born... So, no
>>558710 No, I think most people wouldn't do it fir obvious reasons

Morality isn't the same as rightfulness. If "killing baby Hitler" it the best solution to avoid deaths and everything, then it can arguably be the right thing to do, yet it is still immoral.

>>558840 Can we talk about something else, like the D cups? The last time I found the Trolley Problem interesting was with OneShot, because I had to assign different levels of reality to characters that usually would not have to share my level of reality. That was like 3 years ago.

>>558706 You cannot kill Hitler as a baby. Hitler as a figure was not created as a baby. He was an adult, who changed under pressure of society. So: you kill _everyone_ who could take Hitlers place (including him) OR you change society of Germany at around 192X.
Nothing else will work I guess. Society tendencies are not fragile — they're resilient.

I don't really give a fuck about Hitler so no.
I I would be raping and murdering left and right if ai had powers. Luckily I don't.

>>558956 Well, at school, the first example they gave us was of a news reporter, as a neutral entity, in a war. One side was doing a warcrime, and they gave us the options to either break our neutrality and shoot the bad guy, or leave the inocents die. At first it looked like those were the only options, but after thinking a bit, I proposed that one could do some kind of distraction, thus not breaking neutrality, and saving the inocents.

Superpowers: Somewhere in between. I'm not morally altruistic by any means, I'd probably focus on helping my loved ones (even by nefarious means). But I don't like doing terrible things for self profit.
Baby Hitler: No, even as a Jew. For multiple reasons. 1: It's wrong to kill a life when it is innocent, even if fated to be evil. 2: It would drastically change our current future (buttlerfly effect). 3: It's possibly another horrible evil would take his ppace, maybe even worse.

>>559218 *Possible *Place
As much as we want to change various portions of history, we in the same light could drastically change what we do know that might happen, including make tragedies happen that do not exist. It's easy to say we want to change terrible happens that have occurred in our timeline, but what about ones which could or did occur in an alternate future because of what we changed?

I'd use my superpowers to change the world into a balls to the walls insane madness of madness and insanity Filled with chaos, explosions and no government or economy just crazy people doing insane shit for them giggles and gaggles People fail to understand that we need less facts, less logic, less feelins and more madness I wouldn't kill baby Hitler, I'd take him to go shark punching and show him the ways of madmen to avoid ruthless logic and selfish feelings to take him over

>>559111 Hmm if I were the hostiles, I would consider intentionally causing a distraction to save the innocents from whatever we were going to do is choosing a side because you had the intent to save them.
As for me, while I would want to help them I doubt I'd be brave enough to do that. More in fear that I may die rather than me losing my job from breaking my neutrality (unless that means death too).
Post number #559341, ID: dabbb4

But, if I am told to be neutral, then I do try to be as neutral as possible. Whenever given the neutral role, I have no problems with it. So either way I wouldn't save the innocents. Just get the shots I need, and hurry along because I would imagine that those hostiles don't care about neutrality and maybe they don't want to be exposed.
Post number #559342, ID: dabbb4

That's another thing see. I kinda think capturing them in act, if it's not already known, and telling everyone about it is kinda not neutral in the grand scheme of things. Can have neutral intent and just want to report what I see? Totally, can't disagree with that. Ultimately though, it's to the benefit of the ones against said hostiles. Like they're breaking the Geneva Convention or something, big no-no and now the whole world knows and the 'bad guys' will reap consequences.
