Why is underwear for girls so much cuter than for boys?

I would say that small/tiny things are cute. Womens underwear is in most cases smaller. Nevertheless I prefer it to be sexy. For me cute isn't sexy.
And (especially tight) mens underwear can be sexy as well.
I also once had a girl who was wearing boxers, which was pretty sexy because she had incredible stable ass and legs. I just get a boner writing about it.
