Can someone recommend a light 15-30 minute workout routine to help an overweight g/u/rl start fixing herself?

| 15 pushups, 30 situps, 30 jumping jacks, sets of 3 each. You'll build muscle as well as lose the weight. Cut down on calories eaten as well. It's been working for me so hopefully you can get some improvements too you just need to stay persistent. Good luck g/u/rl!
