Make sure to keep a dream diary! It helps you remember your dreams and you can become lucid easier!

Get into sleep paralysis while ouside on a thunderstorm Remember to keep salt and garlic handy to fight off evil spirits and a gemstone to absorb the energy from the lightnings During it you'll be visited by an entity called Zekdun who will challenge your spirit in a duel, you have to hit him three times while dodging his attacks, if you survive the trial you'll earn the title of dreamwriter and be able to fully control your dreams, both asleep and awake

>>ebb6b8 yup if you notice certain trends in your dreams you're more likely to realize it's a dream! Also if you want to lucid dream I heard it's good to not go to bed exhausted. Like if you're super tired you probably fall into a deeper sleep than REM sleep where dreams occur! That and try melatonin too! Your local dream traveler~☆

>>544825 nahh it just happens to me because i tend to look at the moon so much irl. Ive heard people usually fact-check in dreams by looking at a clock or how many fingers you have

Take melatonin and eat garlicky food before bed. I always have weird dreams. Three pieces of garlic cheese toast and I'm in for a trip.
