The company will ring you dry so much that you won't have the juices for that, but once I found the toilet covered in shit, as if a dirty bomb exploded so... it's something I guess

That includes drinking water, going to the restroom, using the internet or just taking a breather
Lunch break didn't count as pause, we had 30 minutes dedicated to lunch break, at different times to avoid too many people lunching together instead of taking/making calls

The customer called because they wrote in the notes that they are vegan but the restaurant put mayo on EVERYTHING, and wanted a re-delivery.
called the restaurant and had to explain what vegan is, that mayo was made out of eggs.
Dude legit though "vegan" was a name, and that guy was a manager in the food industry.
Tried and failed to put me on hold and called his chef.

The chef yelled "why did you not tell me that they are "vegetarian"(yes vegetarian)
and the manager responded, i did not know what that meant, I thought it was a name.

We have 2X10 min at a set time + 30 min lunch at a set time + 8 min at any time for full time employees (the amount of hours of the shift in minutes), the part timers (working 5 hours) get a single brake of 10 min and 5 min of personal, if they take lunch break they have to work off the break by staying half an hour more on shift

| Dude my uncle worked in a call center and the managers are asshole. He applied for a leave like 3 months in advance and when he took his leave they told him they didn't know so they recorded it as no pay
