· you will never really die. your body will just run out of time.
· when you die you will detach from this organic puppet and not know wtf to do.

· you'll basically be in the astral plane, but without a silver cord.

| · if you'll look well enough, you'll end up in a higher plane of existence (you can always come back to mortal-land if you fiddle with your vibration well enough)
· if you ask a question strongly enough, you'll get an answer (at least in the astral plane, idk why though)
· you'll eventually come to choose another set of parents (usually just a woman in her teens), hang around them for a bit and wait for another organic puppet to be conceived.
· you will then possess that newborn.
| · therefore human life is highly overrated and death got an exaggeratedly bad and morbid reputation.
· death is just your body not being a sustainable host anymore and you losing connection to the thing that makes you able to possess it.
· so good (?) news is: it's mostly all in your brain (depression, suicidal thoughts, anger, fear, even the good feelings)
· this isn't bad or good, it's just the way things are.

if you let that go, you'll be new, your thought patterns will be new, and you can start fresh. look for the simple good things in life. the matrix has got a load of these (cappuccino, lasagna, a nap, the SUN - as simple as that!)
you just need your own psyche to be at peace to feel good.
