| Imo Key to being comfy is to realise that 99% of the things people are upset about aren't big issues or aren't something you have direct control over, after that stop watching news if it's important you'll hear it from friends, I'd recommend taking a break from social media or at least cut out some of the political people you follow, and finally just do what you enjoy with your free time, be that movies, anime, games or if you have a SO cuddle with them while doing one of the other
