Workout tips?

| I'm a large boi, but I'd rather be a stronk boi. Can yall help me out with diet tips/workout tips focusing on losing weight?


| Eat salad and boiled chiken meat, all sorts of cerials and drink milk. I was training at home with weights, eating this stuff. Also i trained at school and when i was walking (some minor stuff). Make your body suffer, but not too much or you will feel like it's not worth it. I lost 20kg over the course of 6 month+.

Cut all soda and fast food.
Start taking 30 minute walks every day.
Work different parts of the body on different days.


| Whatever you do. Start. Forget about researching the best way of doing something. Just get started even if it's just body weight exercise in your room.


| Do Saitama's training regimen


| Play Wii Fit daily


| DDR yourself to win the affection of the local g/u/rls.


| Join a gym, do exercises you think are most fun, maybe make a few friends who are into exercising too. IMO exercise should be about what feels good for your body but at the same time makes you enjoy it.


| Take baby steps
It usually take a long time for people to just cut out all the sugar and fast food.
Losing weight is mostly about nutrition but working out is always good


| I'd probably start with lighter exercise and dieting. You could really strain your body if you do an intense work out before you're ready, especially with all the extra weight!


| Also, remember form before weights. You can do more weight with crappy form but,you can also hurt yourself with really crappy form. So do it the right way and you will become stronger faster and not take a trip to injuryville.
