It'll come back eventually, but it takes quite awhile. They usually announce it on the official discord, but that discord has since been locked due to sock puppeters.
You're best bet is to bookmark the page and wait for it to go on sale.

Well, I was wrong. What I needed to modify was [almatalk]. [almatalk,1] makes the lips move when they talk, while [almatalk,0] is for ventriloquism.
As for that scenario, I got something basic.
You have to modify a savestate in order to access the "testroom". Save files are in Local, just search "%LocalAppData%\VA_11_Hall_A\saves".
Take any save you won't use anymore, and change the third line -1 (testroom day), and the fifht line to 1 (inside the bar, I guess).

Then you open the script folder inside the game folder, and you edit testroom.txt
And here is my little scenario. Just copy it, and save it as the new testroom.txt

Could be fun to see what we are capable of writing, and people would have a newfound respect for the game after experiencing how it was made.
Though, considering there aren't many confident with the way they draw, chances are, there must be many that aren't confident with the way they write.
Maybe some sort of "anything goes" fan competition would do the trick. Leave them choose what to do.
