I have mild depression >_>

| My depression is mild, but I want to keep it in check and make sure I'm happy and functional. I still value my life, but my energy, focus, motivation, and optimism plummets. Occasionally I'll just think/feel nothing.

I only told my mother and a few close friends. It was hard telling my mom but for now I just wanted a family member I can vent to and relax around.

Besides seeing a therapist, what else can I do to help myself and manage my mental health?

I started to draw, it helped me out of a depression

Running is pretty fun, and so is good hygiene. Your bones are soaking fucking wet but more water never hurts unless it's being poured on your cloth covered face. Also get your thyroid checked and clean your room if you haven't. If you spend a lot of time in front of monitors make sure they're not PWM and if they are take the apropriate measures.
