I got my medical stuff cleared up before my appointment so I try to cancel it and they want 50 bucks or I just go and its a 30 dollar copay

Is *all* cancellation that price, or just last-minute? If the former, cancel that credit card and get a new one. If the latter, reschedule for at least a month out and then cancel.
