| Is polish and czech language intelligible (understandable) between each other?
| >>1113361 depends.. if it's text, you can likely read it with some complications, with understanding like every 3-5. word you can somehow get what is text about.. if it's talking than likely not.. but if you live in Silesia region, i think they maybe can understand it better, i have one online friend coming from there and she told me she can understand when polish people talking

But what is interesting Czech was long time part of Austria-hungary, Rome empire, Luxembourg monarchy etc. But none of this historic countries wasn't including Poland, there is almost none common history with Poland.. it is confusing me so much
